Change Strategist, CEO, and Founder

I founded Inspired Consulting Solutions because I saw a gap. Too many teams were handed a change plan without being equipped, or empowered, to lead it.

With over 18 years of experience leading change across the public and private sectors including Capital One, Booz Allen, Deloitte, BearingPoint, the U.S. Coast Guard, U.S. Air Force, Internal Revenue Service, and General Services Administration.

Here’s what I know: real change doesn’t happen through mandates or slide decks. It happens through conversation, co-creation, and trust.

So I created a different kind of consultancy.  One that blends the precision of change strategy with the human art of leadership, coaching, and communication. 

My approach is simple, but powerful:
