Entering 2026 With Clarity: Focused, People-Centered Change

As I enter 2026, I’m choosing focus over expansion.
This year is not about doing more. It is about doing what matters, with intention, steadiness, and alignment. That clarity is shaping how I lead and how Inspired Consulting Solutions supports organizations navigating change.
As part of this focus, Inspired Consulting Solutions is entering 2026 with a refined commitment to serving nonprofit organizations, Certified B Corps, and mission-driven companies. These are organizations that understand people-centered change is not optional. It is strategic.
This is not a pivot. It is a deepening of purpose.
Why Focus Matters in This Season
After two years of building Inspired Consulting Solutions, I have partnered with leaders across industries who are navigating digital transformation, cultural change, and growth-related complexity. Early on, staying broad made sense. Organizational change management is needed everywhere.
Experience brings discernment.
Focus allows us to go deeper, design more intentional engagements, and support leaders beyond implementation milestones. It enables sustainable adoption, stronger leadership capability, and change that lasts.
This season feels less like a reset and more like a return to what matters most.
Letting Go to Lead Forward
Clarity requires release. In 2026, I am intentionally letting go of patterns that dilute impact and create unnecessary friction.
I am releasing self-doubt that slows decision-making and undermines confidence. Reflection will always matter, but second-guessing experience does not.
I am letting go of financial habits that do not support long-term sustainability. Fiscal clarity is not about playing small. It is about building a resilient consulting practice that can serve clients well over time.
I am also releasing the belief that leadership means doing everything alone. Asking for help, collaborating with trusted partners, and leveraging the right systems strengthens outcomes for everyone involved.
And I am letting go of comparison. Staying aligned to values and purpose is how meaningful change work happens.
What I Am Building in 2026
Letting go creates space to build with intention.
In 2026, I am strengthening the foundations that support sustainable leadership and effective organizational change.
Self-compassion remains central. Leaders do not need constant urgency or self-criticism to drive results. Presence, reflection, and accountability create stronger teams and better outcomes.
Fiscal conservancy is another cornerstone. Clear prioritization, thoughtful investment, and disciplined decision-making allow the business to grow without burnout.
I am also continuing to build and embed systems that reduce reliance on willpower and increase clarity, consistency, and capacity. Well-designed systems create freedom for leaders and teams alike.
Most importantly, I am continuing to ask for and accept help. Growth is not a solo endeavor, and lasting change rarely happens in isolation.
A Renewed Commitment to People-Centered Change
I became a solopreneur because I wanted to make a difference, spark joy, and help organizations navigate change by putting people at the center of transformation.
That commitment has not changed. What has changed is the clarity around where Inspired Consulting Solutions can make the greatest impact.
In 2026, we are doubling down on intentional leadership, human-centered change management, and sustainable transformation. This means balancing kindness with accountability, clarity with compassion, and strategy with presence.
Change does not have to be chaotic to be effective. When leaders are grounded, aligned, and supported, change becomes something people can move through with confidence rather than resistance.
This is the work Inspired Consulting Solutions is committed to in 2026, alongside organizations that believe people are not an afterthought, but the foundation of lasting success.

Founder’s Perspective
Inspired Consulting Solutions was built on a simple belief: Change succeeds when people are supported, not rushed.
After more than 15 years leading and supporting transformation efforts across nonprofit, corporate, and mission-driven environments, I’ve seen what happens when change focuses only on systems, timelines, and deliverables. Adoption suffers. Trust erodes. Leaders burn out.
\My work today is focused on helping leaders slow down just enough to lead change well. With clarity. With accountability. With people at the center.
That belief is what guides our focus in 2026 and beyond.
