Welcome to Inspired Consulting Solutions.  I am an Organizational Change Management Leader with over 15 years of experience leading high-impact transformation initiatives across federal agencies, Fortune 500 companies, and mission-driven nonprofits. As the founder of Inspired Consulting Solutions, I help organizations navigate complex change with clarity, compassion, and measurable results.

 

My expertise spans large-scale technology implementations (ERP, WMS, CRM), change strategy development, leadership enablement, and stakeholder engagement. I’ve led enterprise change efforts impacting 1,000+ users, achieved 95% user adoption on new platforms, and guided leadership teams through process shifts with a focus on sustainability and alignment.

I bring cross-sector knowledge from roles at Deloitte, Booz Allen Hamilton, and Capital One, where I specialized in strategic planning, risk mitigation, and scaling enterprise systems. Certified in Prosci, Scrum, Lean Agile, and Design Thinking, I’m known for my ability to blend human-centered methods with business execution to drive real change.
